The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will only accept Tenders from
Registered Bids and Tenders plan takers. All other tenders summited without the
Bids and Tenders registration will NOT be accepted.

Interested Bidders are invited to create a free Bidding System Vendor
account by clicking on the “Create an Account” button. You will be asked to
select commodity code(s) for goods, services and construction relevant to your
business. When bid opportunities are posted registered bidders, who have
selected matching commodity codes, will receive an email notifying them of this
new opportunity.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account
information is kept current. Prospective Bidders may preview the Bid Document
at no cost to determine if the Bid is of interest to their firm. If you review
a document as a Prospective Bidder, there will be a watermark on the document.
You must first register as a Plan Taker to gain access to the non-marked file.

Bidders must be a Registered Plan Taker to submit a bid. Registration
will ensure that you are added to the contact list and that you will receive
notification of any addenda that may be issued with respect to the Bid
Opportunity. Please note that failure to acknowledge an addendum in your
submission may result in the rejection of your bid.
