The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is seeking the services of a consultant: 1 - To engage the services of a professional, qualified consulting firm to undertake a comprehensive “Service Delivery Review” (hereinafter referred to as the Project) of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc’s operations, to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, and possible changes to services and service levels. 2 - The Project will include all departments and encompass all Municipality-managed services, with the exception of Police Services, Strathroy, Mount Brydges, Melbourne Public Libraries, Tri-Township Arena, and Caradoc Housing Corporation. 3 - The consulting firm will bring experience and in-depth knowledge about service delivery, service levels and best practices in Ontario municipalities and proven experience in conducting similar “Service Delivery Reviews” in other public sector organizations. |
