The Corporation of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc (The Municipality) is accepting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms (The Consultant) to provide professional services for pre-engineering field investigations, engineering preliminary design and detail design related to the reconstruction of Parkhouse Drive & Troops Road Intersection. The current intersection is substandard that poses sightline issues due to horizontal and vertical deflections.
The engineering services project includes complete rural reconstruction of the intersection with potential property acquitions in order to improve the sightlines and overall safety of the intersection. The requirement is to have the project designed and ‘shovel ready’ for construction in 2024. |
