The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is soliciting Proposals from qualified Respondents for:

  1. the purchase of property addressed 273 Frances Street, Strathroy, ON, N7G 2L7;

  2. the development of the property which includes a minimum of 19 affordable housing units in accordance with the requirements set out in this RFP.
